Scope of Services

Growth Plays provides marketing consulting services as described in the specific product or service agreement. All services are fixed-scope deliverables with clearly defined outputs, timelines, and pricing.

Deliverables

Each product includes specific deliverables as outlined in the product description. Deliverables will be provided in digital format (PDF, spreadsheet, presentation, or workspace access) unless otherwise specified.

Timeline

Estimated timelines are provided for each product. Actual delivery may vary based on client responsiveness, complexity, and scope changes. We will communicate any delays promptly.

Client Responsibilities

Clients are responsible for:

• Providing timely access to necessary data, systems, and stakeholders
• Responding to requests for information within agreed timeframes
• Reviewing and providing feedback on deliverables
• Implementing recommendations (where applicable)

Change Requests

Changes to the agreed scope must be submitted in writing. We will evaluate the impact on timeline and pricing and provide a revised proposal. Additional fees may apply for scope changes.

Acceptance Criteria

Deliverables are considered accepted when provided to the client, unless specific deficiencies are identified within 7 business days. We will address any legitimate deficiencies at no additional cost.

Payment Terms

Payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing. Accepted payment methods include credit card, bank transfer, and invoicing (for qualified clients).

Termination

Either party may terminate the engagement with written notice. Refund eligibility is governed by our Refund Policy. Work completed up to the termination date will be delivered and billed proportionally.
