Payment, Refund & Cancellation Policy

$199 Consultation Refund Policy

For the $199 1:1 Strategy Consultation:

• Full refund: Available if cancelled at least 24 hours before the scheduled call
• One reschedule: Allowed within 30 days of original booking if cancelled with less than 24 hours notice
• No-shows: Non-refundable. If you miss the call without prior notice, no refund or reschedule will be provided

Fixed-Scope Products ($499-$4,999)

For all fixed-scope deliverables (products priced $499 and above):

• Before work begins: Full refund available if you cancel before we start work on your project
• After work begins: Non-refundable once work has started. However, scope changes are allowed through our change request process
• Change requests: If you need to modify the scope after work begins, submit a written change request. We will evaluate feasibility and any impact on timeline or pricing

Non-Delivery by Growth Plays

If Growth Plays is unable to deliver the agreed scope due to circumstances within our control, we will offer:

• (a) Revised timeline: An opportunity to complete the work with an extended deadline, or
• (b) Prorated refund: A proportional refund for the undelivered portion of the scope

Payment Methods

We accept the following payment methods:

• Credit card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express)
• Bank transfer (ACH or wire)
• Invoicing (for qualified clients with approved credit terms)

Payment is due in full before work begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Important Notes

• We do not offer "refund anytime" guarantees or unlimited refund windows
• All refund requests must be submitted in writing
• Refunds are processed within 10 business days of approval
• Refunds are issued to the original payment method
